The K-Academic Diffusion Research Center of Inha Center for International Studies (ICIS) visited Shanghai Transportation University in China on December 14^th, 2024, in order to introduce its center's major projects. This visit was a great opportunity to not only share the center's goals but also explore the possibility of academic exchanges and cooperation between the two organizations. Specifically, its center’s main goal is to establish a platform for political diplomacy as a Korean study and specialize in the fields of "politics of identity and public diplomacy."

Shanghai Transportation University, established in 1896, is a leading research-oriented university in China that provides excellent education and research in various fields such as engineering, medicine, humanities, and social sciences.

Through this meeting, the two institutions discussed effective methods in cooperating for the spread and development of Korean studies, and it is expected to promote mutual development through joint research and academic exchanges in the near future.
